Guy Talbourdet has been CEO of Delachaux since 2013, an international family-owned group specializing in critical technical solutions for infrastructure.
With over 30 years of experience across diverse industrial sectors such as automotive, food, and rail, he has successfully led transformation, growth, and internationalization initiatives, particularly in Asia and North America.
A graduate of HEC and holder of a DESCF, Guy Talbourdet held executive positions at Valeo, Faurecia, and Roquette Frères before joining Delachaux Group, where he combines industrial expertise, entrepreneurial culture, and long-term strategic vision. His expertise covers family business management, financial communication, governance, and CSR, which he actively integrates into Delachaux’s strategy. He is also Vice President and Treasurer of the French Railway Industry Federation (FIF), demonstrating his active involvement in the national industrial ecosystem.

Catherine Pourre is a director and Chair of the Audit Committee of Crédit Agricole SA and a director of Bénéteau S.A. She also served as a director of Quadient (formerly Neopost) from 2010 to 2018.
Catherine began her career in audit at PriceWaterHouseCoopers, where she was a partner from 1989 to 1999, then joined Cap Gemini EY as Managing Director in charge of the “High Growth Middle Market” and as a member of the Executive Committee for France. In 2002, she joined Unibail as Deputy CEO responsible for finance, IT, HR, organization, and real estate engineering. Following the 2007 merger of Unibail and Rodamco, Catherine became Director General of the group’s central functions, serving on the management board until 2013.
A graduate of ESSEC, Catherine holds a Chartered Accounting and Law degree from the Catholic University of Paris. She is also an accomplished offshore sailor in Class 40 monohull competitions and chaired the National Offshore Racing Union (UNCL) from 2013 to 2015.

Isabelle Boccon-Gibod is a director of listed companies Legrand S.A., Constellium Inc., and GTT, and serves on the boards of unlisted companies Arc and Paprec.
She began her career in 1991 at International Papers, reaching the position of Director of Business Development and Strategy for Europe. She continued in the paper sector as Executive Vice President of Arjowiggins and Executive Director of Sequana. Isabelle also chaired Copacel (French Union of Paper, Cardboard, and Pulp Industries) until 2013 and served as Vice President of MEDEF’s Economic Commission until 2018.
An engineer by training, Isabelle graduated from École Centrale Paris and Columbia University (USA). She contributed to École Centrale Paris as Head of the Industrial Engineering Master in 2005-2006 and to CentraleSupélec’s RSE and Supply Chain Master Class in 2020-2021. She is also a photographer and writer.

Agnès Audier is a director of Worldline and Crédit Agricole SA and President of SOS Seniors, a non-profit managing nursing homes.
A former partner at Boston Consulting Group until 2018, Agnès is now a corporate director and senior advisor at BCG, specializing in digital, ecological, and societal transformation. Over 25 years, she has worked in innovation, technology, and social impact across infrastructure, industry, and health sectors. Before BCG, she worked at Vivendi as EVP of Group Strategy and Development and as General Manager of the Internet and Technology division, and held senior roles at Havas, Simone Veil’s ministerial cabinet, and Jean-Pierre Raffarin’s cabinet.
Agnès Audier is an alumna of École Normale Supérieure (ENS), a chief engineer in the French Corps des Mines, and holds a degree from Sciences Po Paris, as well as a DEA in Material Science and a physics agrégation.
Agnès Audier represents the FSP on Eutelsat Communications’ Board of Directors.

Insurance, Financial Services
Since 2019, Florence Lustman has been President of France Assureurs (formerly FFA), representing all insurance and reinsurance companies in France, totaling 247 firms and over 99% of the French market.
Florence began her career as Insurance Commissioner at the Insurance Control Commission and a member of the IASB Standard Advisory Committee. In 2000, she became Secretary General of the Insurance Control Commission, overseeing all services and leading the Control Corps. From 2007, she joined La Banque Postale’s general inspection, becoming CFO in 2014. She was also Vice President of the Alzheimer Scientific Cooperation Foundation, leading interministerial oversight for the French Finance Inspectorate.
Florence Lustman graduated from École Polytechnique and Sciences Po Paris and holds a diploma from the French Actuaries Institute (IAF).
She represents the FSP on the Supervisory Board of Tikehau Capital S.C.A. and on the Board of Directors of Tikehau Capital Advisors S.A.S. as a director.

Julie Avrane is a director of Valeo, UnibailRodamcoWestfield, Bureau Veritas, and the Monnoyeur family group.
She advises investors and supports startup/scale-up or mid-sized company leaders on strategy, organization, and investor relations.
A senior associate at McKinsey & Company Paris until June 2020, Julie led the advanced industries practice in France (electronics, aerospace & defense, automotive, and assembly industries) and co-led the global high-tech practice. She specializes in tech, defense, aerospace, and mobility sectors, focusing on strategy, growth, M&A, post-merger integration, and large-scale transformation.
Julie Avrane graduated from École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications de Paris, Collège des Ingénieurs, and INSEAD.
She represents the FSP on Valeo’s Board of Directors as a director.

Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Technology, Connectivity
Laurence Delpy joined Eutelsat Communications in September 2022 as CEO of the Video Business Unit and executive committee member. She has extensive experience managing telecommunications businesses in both Asia and Europe.
Previously, she was Vice President of Service Provider Business for EMEA at Palo Alto Networks, and held senior positions at Nokia and Alcatel-Lucent in Asia-Pacific and Japan, where she lived and worked for 25 years.
Laurence holds a degree from École Supérieure de Gestion, Paris, an MBA, and a General Management Certificate from INSEAD, Singapore.
She represents the FSP on Soitec’s Board of Directors.
