ISALT lauches “Strategie horizon dual” fund to support european industrial and technological sovereignty

ISALT is reaffirming its commitment to supporting industrial and technological sovereignty with the upcoming launch of the “Stratégie Horizon Dual” fund by the end of 2025.

This specialized fund will finance European SMEs and mid-sized companies operating in dual-use industries, at the intersection of civilian and defense innovation, within sensitive sectors requiring strategic autonomy.
