ISALT and RAISE Impact Invest in Pearltrees to Accelerate the Development of a French EdTech Champion

Pearltrees Education, France’s leading EdTech platform serving 1.5 million teachers and students across middle and high schools, today announces a significant milestone in its development with the acquisition of a 46% stake by the Fonds Stratégique des Transitions (FST), managed by ISALT, and a 31% stake by RAISE Impact II.
This investment will enable Pearltrees Education to:
– Further develop its educational platform, already used by 1.5 million teachers and students—representing approximately one-third of France’s secondary education population—and deployed in more than 2,000 schools nationwide;
– Strengthen its capital independence and strategic sovereignty, while continuing to invest in innovation and technology, particularly Spirit, its proprietary agentic AI platform designed specifically for education;
– Sustain its profitable growth trajectory and reinforce its position as a leading EdTech player, contributing to the development of a high-performing and future-ready education system in France;
– Support expansion across the entire French education system and progressively extend its presence into other European markets.
