ISALT announces the second closing of the Fonds Stratégique des Transitions (FST) for over €200 million

The Fonds Stratégique des Transitions (FST), managed by ISALT, continues to attract leading institutional investors committed to financing innovative French SMEs and mid-sized companies, announcing a second closing of €76 million, bringing total commitments to €206 million.

ISALT continues to develop the FST and has achieved a significant milestone by mobilizing leading French institutional investors for this second fundraising round, including Abeille Assurances, CAPSSA, CCR RE, EDF Invest, and Sada Assurances.
