ISALT appoints Giulia Marini as Managing Director

ISALT announces the appointment of Giulia Marini as Managing Director, reinforcing the team responsible for managing and developing the assets of the Fonds Stratégique de Participations (FSP), a major fund supporting France’s economic and industrial sovereignty.

With over 15 years of experience in investment banking, Giulia Marini brings deep strategic expertise to accelerate the FSP’s deployment, particularly in industrial, technological, and energy sectors central to France’s economic priorities.

A graduate of HEC Paris, Giulia Marini is Franco-Italian. Born in Rome, she moved to Paris for her studies before joining Goldman Sachs, where she spent nearly 17 years in the Mergers & Acquisitions team.

As Managing Director, she advised numerous French and international clients — both listed and private — on strategic growth transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, takeovers, and minority investments in industries including energy, manufacturing, and TMT (technology, media, and telecommunications).

She joined ISALT in October 2024 as Managing Director, contributing to the development and management of FSP’s portfolio.
