ISALT strengthens its dual‑technology team with the arrival of Xavier Poitevineau and Ilan Rozenkopf

ISALT announces the nomination of Xavier Poitevineau and Ilan Rozenkopf as Managing Directors and co‑heads of its new Stratégie Horizon Dual (SHD) fund.

These nominations reflect ISALT’s ambition to build a leading team dedicated to supporting dual‑technology SMEs and mid‑caps as they scale industrially and expand commercially, in service of French and European strategic autonomy.
The SHD is a long‑term investment vehicle designed to finance and support the growth of dual‑technology scale‑ups operating in strategic sectors such as digital technologies, defense and security, space, telecommunications, and energy.
