ISALT raises nearly €300 million for its Fonds Stratégique des Transitions (FST)

ISALT has reached a strategic milestone, securing close to €300 million for its Fonds Stratégique des Transitions (FST), dedicated to innovative French industrial SMEs and mid-sized companies.

This fundraising, one of the largest in the pure French growth equity market, marks the first step in ISALT’s new strategy focused on Transitions, launched in 2023. With over €100 million already deployed across seven portfolio companies, ISALT is quickly emerging as a dynamic new player in the French private equity landscape.
