Pearltrees Education, France\u2019s leading EdTech platform serving 1.5 million teachers and students across middle and high schools, today announces a significant milestone in its development with the acquisition of a 46% stake by the Fonds Strat\u00e9gique des Transitions (FST), managed by ISALT, and a 31% stake by RAISE Impact II.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This investment will enable Pearltrees Education to:
\n– Further develop its educational platform, already used by 1.5 million teachers and students\u2014representing approximately one-third of France\u2019s secondary education population\u2014and deployed in more than 2,000 schools nationwide;
\n– Strengthen its capital independence and strategic sovereignty, while continuing to invest in innovation and technology, particularly Spirit, its proprietary agentic AI platform designed specifically for education;
\n– Sustain its profitable growth trajectory and reinforce its position as a leading EdTech player, contributing to the development of a high-performing and future-ready education system in France;
