Brookfield enters exclusive negotiations with Impala, the Fonds Strat\u00e9gique de Participations(FSP), and other shareholders to acquire a majority stake in Neoen and launch a mandatory public offer for 100% of the company.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This is the logical continuation of a successful partnership that began when the FSP participated as a cornerstone investor in Neoen\u2019s IPO in 2018.\u2028The proposed deal reinforces Neoen\u2019s ambition to accelerate its growth and become a global leader in renewable energy production.<\/p>\n
