ISALT announces the appointment of Giulia Marini as Managing Director, reinforcing the team responsible for managing and developing the assets of the Fonds Strat\u00e9gique de Participations (FSP), a major fund supporting France\u2019s economic and industrial sovereignty.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\nWith over 15 years of experience in investment banking, Giulia Marini brings deep strategic expertise to accelerate the FSP\u2019s deployment, particularly in industrial, technological, and energy sectors central to France\u2019s economic priorities.<\/p>\n

A graduate of HEC Paris, Giulia Marini is Franco-Italian. Born in Rome, she moved to Paris for her studies before joining Goldman Sachs, where she spent nearly 17 years in the Mergers & Acquisitions team.<\/p>\n

As Managing Director, she advised numerous French and international clients \u2014 both listed and private \u2014 on strategic growth transactions such as acquisitions, divestitures, takeovers, and minority investments in industries including energy, manufacturing, and TMT (technology, media, and telecommunications).<\/p>\n

She joined ISALT in October 2024 as Managing Director, contributing to the development and management of FSP\u2019s portfolio.
